The global real estate brand, ‘Trump Towers’ has made its entry into North India, with its fourth project in Gurgaon. Prior to this, the brand has come up with three luxury projects in India, located at Pune, Mumbai and Kolkata. The first Trump Tower project in India was launched in Pune. The Trump Towers in Gurgaon has been developed by the real estate firms, M3M India and Tribeca Developers. The residential complex is one of the most luxurious projects in Gurgaon and the overall investment in developing the project has been around INR 1,200 crores.
As per the agreement, Tribeca and M3M will develop 250 residential units in the estate. These are ultra-luxurious apartments and the luxury home lovers can have a look into these homes. The project has a brand license from the Trump Organization, which is presently headed by Donald Trump Jr., the son of the US President. The apartments come with three and four-bedroom options for the homeowners. The prices of these apartments range between INR 5 crores to INR 10 crores. The sizes of the flats vary between 3,500 sq. ft. and 6,000 sq. ft.
Pankaj Bansal, director of M3M India stated that the Trump Tower in the Delhi NCR region is one of the most ambitious projects. The developers are keen to market the complex and the initial 100 buyers will fly to the US, where they will be hosted by Donald Trump Jr. The Executive vice-president of the Trump Organization, Donald Trump Jr. stated that the Trump Towers Delhi NCR will become the most prestigious address of the city.
The construction of the project is scheduled to commence from March. Each of the towers will have around 50 floors and are estimated to be around 600 feet in height. A glass façade will cover the towers and each residence will come with a private elevator. A third of the residences will have double-height ceilings in the living rooms, which will be 22-feet high.
Coming to the cost of the project, the developers said that the estimated cost is around INR 1,200 crores, excluding the land cost. The sales revenue of the project will be around INR 2,500 crores, according to the experts. As compared to the other Trump Tower projects in the country, the project in Gurgaon is larger and will be developed over 1 million sq. ft. of area. Kalpesh Mehta, founder of Tribeca Developers stated that it tool around two years to design the project. He added that the company is targeting the NRIs and high-net worth individuals, while selling the apartments.
The land for the project has been provided by M3M India and the company will shoulder the responsibilities of developing it as well. The exclusive right to market the Trump Towers Delhi NCR belongs to Tribeca Developers. The project in Pune had been developed by the Trump Organization, partnering Panchshil Reality. In 2014, it had tied up with the Lodha Group for developing the project in Mumbai. In November, 2017, the Trump Towers project in Kolkata was launched.
This project comprises of 140 ultra-luxury apartments and is being developed by the RDB Group, Unimark Group and Tribeca Developers. M3M India has got a land bank of 2,200 acres in and around Gurgaon. Till now, it has completed 8 projects and is presently developing 12 projects around the country.
