Trump Towers in Gurgaon has run into troubles, just 2 months after its launch in North India. The celebrated residential complex has been facing obstacles just after its grand entry in the northern part of India. Objections have been raised by the Town and Country Planning Department (TCPD) of Haryana regarding the launch of the project, before granting the marketing and joint development rights to Olive Realcon Pvt Ltd.

According to reports, the rights were sought for Olive Realcon Pvt Ltd by the licensee. A show-cause notice has been issued by the department to Manglam Multiplex Pvt Ltd, the project licensee. The group has been asked to explain the reasons for which the proceedings should not be initiated against the developers of the project under the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas Act, Section 10.

The reports further stated that the case should be taken with HRERA (Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority), under Section 7 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act. These measures are being taken to revoke the registration of the developers on the grounds of suspected unfair practices, according to an official.

Trump Towers Delhi NCR was the fourth project in India. The real estate group in the USA entered North India, collaborating with Tribeca Developers and M3M India, two of the reputed real estate firms based in India. Earlier this year, Trump Towers had marked its debut with the launch of a luxury residential project.

Investments worth INR 1,200 crores were made in developing the Trump Towers Gurgaon. Tribeca and M3M, the partner firms, would develop 250 luxurious homes in the Trump Towers Gurgaon, under a brand license of The Trump Organization.

The son of the American President, Donald Trump Jr, currently heads this organization.

Presently, it has been reported that the apartments will have options for three to four bedrooms. The prices of these apartments will range between INR 5 crore to INR 10 crore. The floor areas of these homes vary between 3,500 sq. ft. and 6,000 sq. ft.

Trump Towers Gurgaon is the fourth project of the group in India, after Pune, Mumbai and Kolkata. While the project in Pune is the earliest one, the Mumbai project is the largest.

The Trump Towers in Gurgaon is one of the most luxurious residential complexes in the area. It is situated in a prime location, on the Golf Course Extension Road. The strategic location is one of the key reasons behind the high demand for apartments in the residential complex.

The residential complex is likely to be one of the most prestigious addresses in Gurgaon. The architectural beauty of the structure is spectacular and the interiors and splendid.

The ceilings are extra-high and the residents can avail a wide range of luxury amenities in the home. Donald Trump Jr., the Executive Vice-President of the Trump Organization has stated that their goal is to bring the best grades of luxury to Gurgaon.
